Mrs. Ashley attended Southwestern Theological Seminary and is TESOL/TOEFL certified. She has spent 6 years in child care as well as teaching ESL to kids and adults. Ms. Ashley also spent 3 years working at a law firm as a legal assistant but, she felt in her heart that the Lord was calling her to teach at CFC Bilingual Academy.
Mrs. V started her teaching career in 2004 at Southwest Christian Academy. In 2014, she became an ACE supervisor and joined the CFCBA family. Ms. V also specializes in the fields of Bible, drama, and theater.
For 30 plus years, Mr. Cruz has impacted the lives of many students in the field of mathematics. Mr. Cruz taught at Academy Hall in 1987 and then proceeded to teach in HISD for 30 plus years.

Ms. Carolina is a three-year teacher at CFC Bilingual Academy. Ms. Carolina is
committed to student success inside of the classroom and in life. She believes that
student success is created through meaningful relationships. A 2010 graduate of
Houston Baptist University, Ms. Carolina has a BA in Psychology and Spanish. In
2011 she began her Master in Education and teacher certification at Houston

Mrs. Shirley has been teaching for 15 years and is a registered nurse. We are so proud to have her be apart of the CFCBA family. Mrs. Shirley grew up in Miami Florida and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in 2008 and Master Degree in 2010 from American Intercontinental University. She began her teaching career at International Academy and taught 10 years in this district before moving to Houston Texas.
"Currently, I live in Houston Texas with my husband Alex. I enjoy cooking, reading, Volley Ball and spending time with friends and family.
I’m really looking forward to meeting all of my students and working with them this year!"
The daily program will begin with Opening Exercises, including Devotional, Prayer and Scripture Memorization. Our Kindergarten Class will have Circle Time activities and Learning Centers will be used throughout the day. Elementary students will work on their individual PACES during the School Day. (Note: Kindergarten uses a different curriculum. Scroll down to learn more) Also included in our weekly schedule are Spanish, Special Events (Musicals), and Art. Students will also have P.E. and other outdoor activities. Homework should be expected every day whether it is PACE work, Science and Social Studies Individual Projects, Book Reports and Reading. Elementary students may enroll in the ACE Junior Convention.
